Ravens Ridge Junk Removal is a locally owned business in South River, Ontario. This page explains what personal information the business collects, why, and what you can ask for. It follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What is collected

• The form on this website. Your name, your city or town, email address, phone number and the message you write.
• Calls and texts to 249-506-6447. Your phone number, the content of your messages, and any photos you send. Calls and texts may be answered by an automated assistant before Tim Rouble replies, and they may be recorded or transcribed so the details of your job are not lost.
• Job details. The address of the pickup and what needs to go, once you book.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages lead people to call, text or send the form. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. It does not receive your name, phone number, email address or your message. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on. This website does not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels.

Why it is collected

Your information is used to give you a price, confirm a pickup time, do the job, and follow up about that job. It is not sold, rented or traded. You will not be added to a marketing list unless you ask to be.

Who handles it

Ravens Ridge Junk Removal uses service providers to host this website, process form submissions, and run its phone, text and customer records. Those providers handle your information only to deliver those services, and some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long it is kept

Information is kept for as long as it is needed for the job, for business records, and to meet legal and tax requirements. After that it is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
